Comcent Cloud uses a prepaid wallet. Top up with PayPal (minimum $25). Your plan fee is taken from the wallet each month, and usage — AI Insights beyond your included minutes, transfer intelligence and the voice bot — is deducted as you use it.
No. You bring your own carrier and pay them for minutes. Comcent charges your plan plus the AI features you use.
Calls pause until you top up. You are never billed into debt for a month you could not use.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're credited for the unused days of the current month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Calls in progress at the same moment across your organisation. If you need more, extra concurrent call slots can be added on every plan.
For your plan's retention period, after which they are deleted automatically. Transcripts, summaries and search stay for the life of the account.
