Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

Comcent Cloud is an online service provided by Comcent Technologies Private Limited. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped.

How the service is delivered

• Access. Once you sign up at app.comcent.io, you can sign in and set up your organisation straight away.
• Top-ups. Comcent Cloud is prepaid. When you top up your wallet through PayPal, or Razorpay in India, the amount is credited to your wallet as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.
• Plans. Your plan starts, or renews, as soon as its fee is taken from your wallet. If your wallet cannot cover the fee, the plan lapses and calls stop until you top up.
• Invoices. An invoice for each top-up is emailed to the payer.

If a payment has gone through but your wallet has not been credited, email contact@comcent.io with the payment ID and we will sort it out.

Prices, taxes and refunds

Current plans and prices are on our pricing page. Prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes, including GST, are added where required by law. Payments are non-refundable; see section 9 of our Terms of Use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above shows which version applies.
