Comcent Cloud
Comcent Cloud is the hosted version of Comcent at app.comcent.io. You do not need to install, secure or upgrade anything yourself. The guides under Using Comcent apply to both editions; features that exist only in Comcent Cloud are marked Available in Comcent Cloud.
Get started
Section titled “Get started”- Sign up at app.comcent.io and create your organisation.
- Top up your wallet (see below).
- Choose a plan. The plan fee is taken from the wallet.
- Connect your SIP trunk, add your numbers and build their inbound flows, exactly as described in SIP trunks and numbers.
Plans differ in how many calls can run at the same time, how long recordings are kept, and how many AI Insights minutes are included.

Wallet and billing
Section titled “Wallet and billing”Comcent Cloud uses a prepaid wallet.
- Top up the wallet with PayPal. The minimum top-up is $25.
- The plan fee is taken from the wallet each month.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with credit for the unused days of your current plan.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- If the wallet cannot cover a renewal, the plan pauses and calls are blocked until you top up. You are never billed into debt.
Self-host or Cloud?
Section titled “Self-host or Cloud?”Choose self-hosting if you want full control of the infrastructure and data, and are comfortable running a Linux server. It is free; AI features use your own Deepgram and OpenAI keys. Start with the Quick start.
Choose Comcent Cloud if you would rather not operate servers, want AI minutes included in the plan, or want recording retention managed for you.
